Orders and inquiries should be directed to Rowe's Customer Service Department. When you place an order, please provide quantity, list number (or ISBN), and title for each item. Include complete billing and shipping information with your order. Unless otherwise directed, we ship all orders UPS Ground. Shipping costs are prepaid by Rowe and added to your bill.

RETURN POLICY

If you find it necessary to send books back, write in advance for permission to return. You must return materials within 90 days of the original shipment date to receive credit. Include a copy of the original invoice, be sure the materials are in saleable condition, and return the materials with postage prepaid. Send all returns by UPS or insured mail.
