In addition to the title(s) you would like to receive, supply your name, position, school name, complete address, phone number, and office hours when requesting an examination copy.

For your convenience, we have provided a Mail/Fax Examination Copy Request form that you may print, complete, and return to us to request an examination copy.

An Examination Copy Request form is attached to each product in the Rowe online catalog. When browsing the catalog, click on Send a Sample, complete the form, then choose Submit to request an examination copy.
